  1. How does logging food work?

    Search for a food or brand, choose the matching result, set your serving, and add it to your day. With Premium, the iPhone camera can also scan a package barcode or photograph the whole meal. Photo scan estimates the foods, portions, calories, and macros for you to review before anything is logged.

  2. What is included with Countwell Premium?

    Premium includes photo meal scanning, barcode scanning, coach share links, AI connections with Claude or ChatGPT, and a synced Countwell experience across iPhone and web. The yearly plan is $39.99 and includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; the monthly plan is $9.99 with no trial. Both renew automatically until canceled.

    For a subscription bought on the web, use the manage-subscription link in your purchase confirmation email, or email countwell@eunoia.so and we’ll take care of it. For a subscription bought on iPhone, open Settings, tap your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, then choose Countwell.

  3. How do refunds work?

    Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a purchase made on the web, email countwell@eunoia.so.

  4. How do I export my data?

    Email countwell@eunoia.so from the address on your account and we’ll send you a copy of your food log and account data, usually within a day.

  5. How do I delete my account?

    Open your Account page, choose Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your journal and account data. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription, so use Manage Subscription and cancel recurring billing first. If you cannot access your account, email countwell@eunoia.so.

  6. What are coach share links?

    A coach share link is a private URL that lets your coach view the food, macro, goal, and weight information you choose to include. Your coach does not need a Countwell account, so treat the URL like the data it opens. To turn off access, open Share with your coach, find the active link, and choose Revoke. The link stops working immediately.
